Slackers...

We apologize it has been so long since we've blogged. Sadly, we don't even have the excuse that we don't have internet access because our new neighbors have been letting us jump on their wireless in exchange for them using our washer and dryer.

A lot has been happening...where to start?

A month ago Bode finally mastered the task of sitting by himself. We had been worried that hadn't been able to sit yet and was 7 months old, but then one day he just started sitting. I guess he decided it was time. A week after he started sitting, he started crawling. We were sitting in the foyer during sacrament meeting (he is too loud most times to sit in the chapel all the way through) when he figured out how to crawl on his hands and knees instead of just dragging his body across the floor with his arms. Since then I've realized our house was not nearly as 'baby proof' as I thought and everyday something else gets moved, put up on a shelf, or moved to a different room.

I never thought it would happen, but this Saturday was Travis's last football game in Lavell Edward's Stadium. When we first started dating, Travis hadn't even started his first year of football. Since then, he's spent 1 year red-shirting, freshman year recuperating from surgeries 1 through 3, sophomore year he started to play after Eddie Keele got injured, junior year ended with a terrible leg break and surgery 4, and senior year has whipped by so fast that it's almost over!
